Availability & Order Processing
Most merchandise sold on this site is kept in stock on a daily basis, therefore your order will normally be processed within 5-7 business days. Your order will then be shipped out via the requested delivery method. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email which includes your tracking number. If for some reason there is a delay, you will be notified via contact information provided.
Please allow extra time if the order has been placed on the weekend, due to the freight company's delivery schedule. Also, allow extra time for international orders and during holidays.
A signature is required at time of delivery.
Personalized Jerseys
Please allow an extra 48 hours for personalized jerseys since they must be specially made. Personalized jerseys are not to be returned nor exchanged. Please make sure to indicate the appropriate size needed before ordering personalized jerseys.
Personalization information is to be entered into the "comments" section, which will be available during checkout.

Return/Exghange Policy
The Houston Rockets Shop will honor returned/exchange purchases of Houston Rockets merchandise that have been purchased at any of the Houston Rockets locations in the Toyota Center and on the web site under the following conditions:
- The merchandise is accompanied by its original sales receipt.
- The merchandise is in its original sold condition with the sales tags still attached.
- The merchandise is returned within 30 days of original order date.
Returns without a receipt must meet the following conditions:
- The merchandise is in its original sold condition with the sales tags still attached.
- The merchandise is returned within 30 days of original order date.
- All returned merchandise without a receipt will be treated as an exchange transaction for the current selling price of the returned merchandise.
The following merchandise is not refundable, nor able to be exchanged:
- Bathing suits
- Under garments
- Personalized jerseys
Personalized jerseys are not to be returned nor exchanged. Please make sure to indicate the appropriate size needed before ordering personalized jerseys.
Online Order Returns/Exchanges
In order to return or exchange an item placed online, the above mentioned critereon must be met. Ship the order back to the address above. Please allow 14 days after we receive the items to process your credit. When we receive your items and they have been inspected, we will refund your order amount less the original shipping charges. Refunds will not be given for shipping costs.
Autographed Merchandise
We do not sell autographed merchandise.
Team Shop
The Team Shop is open for all Rockets home games. Additional hours for the Team Shop are Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 11 am - 5 pm.
