Ordering and tracking
Orders are approved once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under extenuating circumstances may take up to three business days.
Most orders will ship out within 1-3 business days of ordering. Transit time begins once the order has completed this processing time and has shipped from our facility. Delivery expectation also varies based on the shipping method you choose at checkout. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, rocketsshop.com cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. If an order is returned to us by the shipping company (USPS, FedEx, DHL, and etc...) due to an error entered by the customer, the customer is responsible for purchasing another label to have the order re-sent to them.
Prices on Rocketsshop.com are subject to change without notice. Rocketsshop.com maintains the right to refuse or cancel orders at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to orders that contain incorrect prices or product descriptions, orders that Rocketsshop.com believes the customer has violated applicable law, and orders that Rocketsshop.com believes are harmful to its clients, or its affiliates.
All discounted merchandise purchases are final sale. These items may not be returned or exchanged.
Customization may add 7-10 business days to the shipping time. Please limit custom names to 12 characters and custom numbers to 2 characters.
Customized merchandise may not be returned. Please note that custom gear is final sale. Once submitted, items cannot be edited or canceled.
PICK UP IN-STORE
If you Select "Pick Up In-Store" at checkout, Instructions will be sent to the email address associated with the order stating it's ready for pick up. Included in the message will be the address and business hours of our Rockets Team Store. Orders placed prior to 3pm CST on a business day will be filled the same day. Orders placed after 3pm CST will be filled the next business day.
PICK UP POLICY (UPDATED 04/11/22)
Customers have 30 DAYS to Pick Up their orders from the Team Shop or otherwise make special arrangements by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
After 30 days: Orders will be Cancelled/Refunded and the Customer will have to place another order.
*We cannot guarantee the items will be available again once we cancel/refund the original order
We use FedEx International Economy and DHL for International orders.
International customers are responsible for all applicable duties and fees.
Duties and Fees are NOT included in the calculated shipping costs for international orders.
OVERNIGHT SHIPPING GUIDELINES
Order must be placed by 3PM CT for same day processing. Overnight orders are not processed on Saturday, Sundays or holidays. All overnight orders shipped via FedEx.
HOLIDAY SHIPPING GUIDELINES
To guarantee in-home delivery before December 25th, please place your online order prior to the deadline for the following shipping method:
- USPS Ground: December 17
- USPS Priority: December 19
- FedEx Two Day: December 21
- FedEx Next Day: December 22
Order must be placed by 3pm
Once your order ships from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.
PLEASE CONTACT US IF YOU HAVE ONE OF THE FOLLOWING ISSUES:
- Never received an order confirmation and you do not have your order number
- Your order information has not been updated on your account
- Delivery timeframe has passed and you have not received an update on your package
